Halftime of the funding period 2014-2020

First calls for proposal in the current funding period started with the usual one year delay in 2015. Now we have reached the halfway point. On 9 September 2018, 39,844 subsidy agreements with beneficiaries have been signed, with an EU funding of 205.5 billion PLN. This means that around 50% of the € 80 billion allocated to Poland has been awarded.

However, funding opportunities are still very broad. Grant applications can be submitted until 2020, while the deadline for the implementation of the projects is 31.12.2023. Investments of small and medium-sized enterprises in connection with the introduction of new products are supported by direct grants. On the other hand, in the field of research and development, there are also good perspectives for large companies to receive support in Poland.

Funding will be provided for the development of R&D infrastructure (R&D centers) and the implementation of concrete R&D projects, also in cooperation with Polish research and science institutions.
